Phoenix Transitional Housing Plus ensures safety and a sense of belonging as you transition into this journey of life on your own. We offer housing, counseling, employment support, and life skills training for self-sufficiency and community integration. Phoenix began assisting Foster youth in the journey to independance in 2015. Over the years we have assisted hundreds of transitional age youth with that journey.
